Limited Lifetime Warranty
Incognito Concealment proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

We require clear photos or videos to assess the issue. Warranty claims will not be processed without sufficient documentation.
If we determine the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will perform necessary repairs or replace the product. In approved defect cases, return shipping will be covered by Incognito Concealment.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover normal wear from use.
What Is Covered
We will repair or replace products that fail due to:
- Defects in materials
- Improper molding or construction
- Structural failure caused by manufacturing error
What Is Not Covered
Our holsters are designed for hard use. Over time, normal wear may occur. The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear, scratches, or cosmetic finish changes
- Hardware corrosion from sweat, moisture, or environmental exposure
- Loosening hardware (periodic maintenance is required)
- Cracks or stress fractures resulting from impact, dropping, or long-term heavy use
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or alteration
- Products modified outside of Incognito Concealment
- Wear components and cosmetic changes are considered normal and do not qualify for free replacement.
- We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty coverage.
Hardware Policy
- Hardware is considered a wear component.
- Over time, screws and mounting hardware may require replacement due to normal use and environmental exposure. Replacement hardware kits are available for purchase.
- We recommend periodically checking and tightening hardware to ensure proper and safe function.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders
- Most Incognito Concealment holsters are made to order based on the exact specifications selected by the customer.
- Any product not labeled as a “Quick Ship” item is considered custom-made.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, provided the item was manufactured correctly according to the submitted order form.
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed if production has not started.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 4% processing charge.
- Sezzle orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to Sezzle’s processing fees.
To request a cancellation, email sales@incognitoconcealment.com and include:
- Name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Orders canceled after 24 hours are handled at our discretion and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Quick Ship Items
- Items labeled as “Quick Ship” are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Include proof of purchase
- Shipping for returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
- Quick Ship items showing signs of use, modification, or damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping & Liability
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping on any returns or cancellations.
- Incognito Concealment is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.
- We strongly recommend keeping Route Package Protection selected at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- For return shipments, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
