Incognito Concealment proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every holster and accessory we produce.
If you believe your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us directly by phone at (586) 999-5820 or by email at sales@incognitoconcealment.com.
We may request photos or videos to help clarify and assess the issue. Once reviewed, if we determine that your product is damaged or defective from the factory, we will perform any necessary repairs—up to and including completely replacing your product. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Incognito Concealment.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Most Incognito Concealment holsters are made to order based on the exact specifications and preferences chosen by the customer. Because of this, any product not labeled as a “Quick Ship” item is considered custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, provided the item was made correctly according to the customer’s order form.
Items labeled as “Quick Ship” are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Returns must include proof of purchase and be in resalable condition. Shipping for returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Quick Ship items showing signs of use, modification, or damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed if production has not started. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 4% processing charge. Sezzle orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to Sezzle’s processing fees. To request a cancellation, email sales@incognitoconcealment.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for cancellation. Orders canceled or returned after 24 hours are handled at our discretion and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping on any returns or cancellations. Incognito Concealment is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. It is strongly recommended to keep Route Package Protection selected at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage during transit. We also recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for any return shipments.
By placing an order with Incognito Concealment, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions, including our return, cancellation, and shipping policies.
