This service is designed to restore function, reliability, and performance after normal use.

Who Should Consider This Service?

  • 1–3 years of regular carry

  • Very high draw and reholster frequency

  • Hardware corrosion or visible wear

  • Retention loosening or performance changes over time

Holsters used in demanding environments will naturally require maintenance sooner than occasional carry equipment.


Inspection & Approval Policy

All holsters are inspected upon arrival.

This service is intended for functional maintenance and hardware replacement only.

Holsters with structural cracking through the body, severe shell failure, or damage beyond serviceable condition are not eligible for refresh service.

If your holster is determined to be beyond serviceable condition, you will be contacted before any work is performed. At that time, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Apply your refresh payment toward a replacement holster

  • Receive a refund minus a $15 inspection fee

  • Have the holster returned as-is (customer responsible for return shipping)

Purchase of this service does not guarantee that the holster qualifies for refresh. All items are subject to inspection and approval.

No work will be performed without your approval.


What This Service Does Not Cover

This service does not cover:

  • Structural damage from impact or abuse

  • Heat damage or warping

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Severe cracking or shell failure beyond serviceable condition

How It Works

  1. Purchase this service.

  2. After checkout, you will receive instructions for sending your holster to us.

  3. Ship your holster using a trackable shipping method.

  4. We inspect your holster and complete the refresh if approved.

  5. Your holster is returned to you.

Shipping & Return Shipping Terms

Customer is responsible for shipping the holster to our facility.
Return shipping is included for approved refresh services (U.S. only).

If your holster is determined to be beyond serviceable condition and you choose to have it returned without service, you will be responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending your holster.

Incognito Concealment is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to our facility.


Holster Shipping Instructions

Before you ship your holster, please ensure the following:

  1. Your holster is unloaded and does not contain a firearm.

  2. Do not ship firearms, accessories, or ammunition in the box.

  3. Remove any non-permanent accessories unless instructed otherwise.

  4. Include a note with your name and order number inside the package.

  5. Package the holster securely to prevent damage in transit.

  6. Use a trackable shipping method (Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Failure to follow these instructions may delay your refresh service.


Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 7–14 business days from the date we receive your holster.

Seasonal demand may affect processing time.

  • Ensure the holster is unloaded and does not contain a firearm
